1) Submit you home to the Multiple Listing Service (Western Wayne/Oakland County Board of Realtors and The Downriver Board Of Realtors) - covering all of south east Michigan

2) Place your property on my personal web sites, my company web sites and several other real estate related web sites for maximum internet exposure.

3) Submit copies of your listing to our company sales personnel for their waiting buyers.

4) Pre-qualify all prospective buyers.

5) Develop a listing of features and benefits of your home for the cooperating agents to use with their prospective buyers.

6) Tour your home with my office.

7) Suggest and advise to you any changes that might make your home even more marketable.

8) Add additional exposure through a professional yard sign and lock box.

9) Follow up with all sales people who have showed your home for feedback on your property.

10) Make you completely aware of all the various methods of financing a buyer may want to use.

11) Deliver you a copy of the Multiple Listing for your approval as well as copies of all advertisements that have been published.

12) Advertise your property. (Guaranteed advertising)

13) Hold an open house when necessary and possible.

14) Handle the follow up process.

15) Represent you at the presentation of all contracts to help you in determining the best possible price and terms.

16) Keep you informed after the contract has been accepted on all mortgage, title and any other closing documents.

17) Deliver to you a check at the closing.
